FOUNDER AND CEO
You’ll almost certainly find Monica Fernandez wherever there’s an organizational knot that needs untying. As a collaborative powerhouse and a genuine leader, Monica embodies both candor and patience with a remarkable grace.. With more metaphorical hats than most people have actual ones, she’s never afraid to get her hands dirty and her energetic approach to problem solving is a defining force that keeps a team’s culture strong and their aim on point.
A creative to the core, Monica brings that special touch to all projects building a path for clients and team where vision informs execution strategies and firmly believes “There is always a way to make a way”.
Her career began two decades ago as a n early member of the Los Angeles based company Do LaB. Over the course of 15 years she helped to shape not only the growth of iDo LaB but also the festival Lightning in a Bottle. Since 2018 Monica has had the fortunate experience of serving in roles such as Executive Producer (Vitamotus Design Studio), Creative Director (Elements Fest), Art Director (Desert Daze Festival), Lead Producer (Poetic Kinetics), & Creatiive Producer (Seven Stars Festival )
